We're looking for a professional with experience organizing large public events to help plan and execute our weekly table top and arcade events; specifically for Warhammer 40k, Pinball, & Trading Card Games like Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana & Magic the Gathering. The Event Coordinator will coordinate with vendors and clientele to ensure that all aspects of the event are fully functional and ready to go at the scheduled date. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with clients and vendors, strategizing conference timelines with team members, onsite preparations and troubleshooting any issues or roadblocks.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize a wide range of events.
• Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other suppliers, and make sure they are on schedule and at the right place at the right time.
• Marketing events to drive traffic and ticket sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $41,600.00 - $43,624.00 per year
