Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and assist them with their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with retail math is a plus
