We are looking for motivated and reliable Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and solving problems effectively. Your communication skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude will play a key role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify common customer concerns and provide feedback to the management team for process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour with customers and colleagues at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and continue to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes while remaining calm and professional.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems or call center software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
