Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor. The Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to veterans, their families, and individuals in the community. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting counseling sessions, creating treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) certification
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Understanding of military culture and veterans' issues
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
