Healing Hearts Counseling Services seeks a compassionate, dedicated, energetic, and vibrant Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our Mental Health Group Practice.

We are a small private group practice and we specialize in treating children through play therapy, adolescents, adults, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce-related stresses, relationship/family issues, self-esteem/self-confidence, mental illnesses, and emotional wellness.

Our mission is to meet our clients' specific mental health needs as they relate to their diagnosis, and we are seeking someone truly passionate about mental health and serving our community in its entirety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess or provide therapy, counseling, intervention and/or education to clients.
• Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients.
• Participate in staff development opportunities to enhance professional growth, especially to maintain license, certification, or identified program performance skills.
• Participate in planned supervision and case consultation conferences.
• Staying warm, engaged, and receptive as you work to facilitate true healing

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
• Oklahoma licensed behavioral health counselor or under supervision behavioral health counselor.
• Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity to cultural and workplace harmony.
• Planning and time management and strong organizational skills.
• A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
• Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes.
• Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
• Ability to be flexible, especially with scheduling and site locations, and to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Communication along with professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $41.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
