Healing Light Family Acupuncture in Fountain Valley specializes in women's health, fertility, pregnancy, labor and postpartum care. We are a husband and wife team looking for a compassionate and committed medical receptionist to join and grow with our team.

We are not your average medical office, we are looking for a spiritually oriented, heart centered person that understands the needs of women and men's health.

We are looking for a professional and mature person who has prior office experience in a medical office setting with amazing customer service skills. Experience in a chiropractic or acupuncture office is ideal. Familiarity with women’s health, nutrition, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, fertility, pregnancy as well as yoga and Reiki energy is a plus.

Proficiency in office tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, collecting payment, checking patients in and out, completing daily task sheets, preparing patient files, changing sheets, helping with marketing specials, maintaining office cleanliness and sanitation protocols, answering emails, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.

Must have the ability to complete tasks without supervision and work together as a team.

Salary: $23.00 /hour
