Healing Touch Veterinary Wellness Center is an integrative/holistic Veterinary Clinic offering, Wellness exams, acupuncture, lazer, chiro, ozone, herbs, pet food supplements, plus much more! We are an innovative functional veterinary practice combining Eastern and Western methods for animals. Our goal is to treat the whole pet, not just one problem/condition. Our office strives to create a warm and healing environment for our clients and their pets.
Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Check-in and check-out clients and their pets, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and empathetically
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary software systems
- Must have a genuine love for animals and a desire to provide exceptional care
We offer competitive pay based on experience. Our office works on Cornerstone Veterinary Software.
