HealPros works with client Health Plans to find and address critical health issues faced by their member population. Our team serves aging Health Plan members who have one or more chronic condition and helps them access the care they need, in a way that is most convenient for them – whether in their homes, remotely or in their communities.POSITION SUMMARY: 

HealPros is seeking a highly motivated Social Media & Digital Growth Specialist who will be responsible 
for managing multi-channel marketing efforts. This person will work closely with the Director of 
Marketing and Programs Team to help build, develop, and grow HealPros’ digital footprint, with a focus 
on social media account management. The ideal candidate will care deeply about helping others, have 
an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to help take HealPros to the next level, and will be comfortable 
learning new technology quickly. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an exciting and growing environment. 

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Create, maintain and grow company Social Media Accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram)
• Learn and Operate SharpSpring Marketing Automation Platform (CRM)
• Assist in Creating and Maintaining Email Marketing Campaigns within SharpSpring
• Make periodic updates to company website using SquareSpace
• Build & maintain company Blog & post regularly
• Report on progress of Marketing Campaigns
• Share input on Marketing plans and Strategies 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for Marketing major
• At least 5 years relevant marketing experience
• Proven success in building and growing Social Media Accounts in the Healthcare industry

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• MS Office proficiency required along with strong attention to detail & writing skills 
• Proficiency in using/growing multiple Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) 
• Ability to learn new technology quickly 
• Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation Platforms; SharpSpring experience a huge plus 
• Graphic Design and Blogging experience a plus
