Pay Rate: $25 / hour
Shift Details
- M-F / 20 Hours per Week
- Provide administrative support to the Office of Legal Affairs as well as perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, providing information to callers, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls. In addition, this position will assist with the following: Processing FOIL requests from various parties, ensuring timely responses in compliance with legal requirements. Assist in collecting and organizing documents and evidence required for litigation proceedings. Utilize Adobe Acrobat to prepare documents as needed for FOIL responses and litigation support, including redaction, document merging, and formatting.
