Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE INSURANCE INTERPRETATION MANDATORY.

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical coding, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical coding practices
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- Knowledge of managed care systems and insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
