Occupational Therapist, Home Health Care, Flex Schedule, Minnesota, 100K plus

Great opportunity for an OT’s that enjoys working independently a fulltime 32-hour work week. OT makes their own schedule and can choose from 4/8’s or 5 days schedule which ever you prefer, we are flexible. Occupational Therapist treats patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. Performs care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care, reports to a Director of Therapy/Rehab. OT collaborates with medical staff and home health aides. Wonderful role for those that enjoy leaving from home and seeing their patients making on their schedule. OT is not required to come in office for the exception of a conference or scheduled meeting. Requires - graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination. Is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Currently licensed in the state or upon start date if relocating. 2 years of experience with the ability to work independently, home health agency experience a plus. Must have the ability to practice the philosophy and goals of home health agency.
