Job SummaryLocated in Chicago, IL and reporting into the Pharmacy Division this position is responsible for generating data and performing analysis for monthly P & L process, creating state level reporting and analysis for HCSC plan states. Constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree OR 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
* Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
* Builds own knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers
* Solves a range of problems
* Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
* Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Work closely with Finance; align on budget, actuals, expenses, monthly forecasts.
* Support monthly state P & L for pharmacy drug by state.
* Variance analysis.
* Excel mastery.
