JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Verbal and written communication skills
*Managed care customer service experience
*Demonstrated proficiency of word processing spreadsheets and database software
*Drug information skills
*Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills
*Bachelor's degree in Business or a related health care field or four years work experience in a health care/insurance industry
*Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician (TX, OK, NM, IL)

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Computer skills to include Excel and PowerPoint experience.
*Knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA Quality Measures.
*Experience with Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program.
*Knowledge of the Federal Employee Program (FEP).
*Experience in Specialty Pharmacy and Prior Authorization process is preferred but not required.
*Experience in fast paced production environment with attention to detail.
