- Provide comprehensive case management services to children and adolescents referred for therapeutic foster care and/or adoption services
- Coordinate case management activities, including planning, placement monitoring, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
- Offer support and consultation to therapeutic foster care and adoptive parents, families, adolescents, and other members of the treatment team
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a pay range of $45,000-$48,000, based on experience

- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling, with a minimum of 1 year of experience providing casework services to children and families
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing casework services to children and families
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be available 24/7 to carry and answer a phone for crisis intervention, evaluations, and assessments as needed
