$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!Join Our Team in Richmond, VA as a Full-Time Therapeutic Foster Care Case Worker!What will I be doing?
  • Provide comprehensive case management services to children and adolescents referred for therapeutic foster care and/or adoption services
  • Coordinate case management activities, including planning, placement monitoring, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
  • Offer support and consultation to therapeutic foster care and adoptive parents, families, adolescents, and other members of the treatment team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling, with a minimum of 1 year of experience providing casework services to children and families
OR
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing casework services to children and families
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be available 24/7 to carry and answer a phone for crisis intervention, evaluations, and assessments as needed
