• Recruit foster families who can provide nurturing environments for children in foster care.
• Serve as the primary liaison for our foster care marketing initiatives.
• Implement and execute foster care marketing strategies in the community.
• Connect with potential foster parents to educate them on the foster care system and requirements.
• Support families throughout the foster care application and training process.
• Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote foster care opportunities.
• Play a vital role in finding loving homes for children in need and supporting them through their journey.

• Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry. 
• Knowledge of child welfare system
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, required.
• 2 years of experience working with the child welfare system preferred.
• Foster parent recruitment and licensing experience preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all SC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)
