What Will I Be Doing?

  • Provide administrative and office support to the Program Director, other members of management, and all direct service providers in the region.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, applicants, and employees, offering excellent customer service.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and emails, ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, preparing for meetings, and ensuring the office is presentable and organized.
  • Coordinate and complete onboarding processes and training for all new hires.
  • Manage billing processes handled in the office, including insurance verifications and state billing directives from the Revenue Cycle Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative support position is required.
  • Experience with insurance verifications and billing is preferred. 
  • Experience working in the behavioral/mental health field is preferred.
  • Office open Monday through Friday, 8-5.
