**Job Overview:**

We are a busy Chiropractic/Functional Medicine practice looking for someone who is positive, energetic, outgoing, and can multi-task.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provides all aspects of secretarial/receptionist support for office operations, including but not limited to entering charges, posting payments, answering phone calls, preparing letters and payment plans, PR/Marketing, preparing foot baths for patients, assist doctors with therapies. Greets customers and other visitors in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner and ensures that they are escorted to the appropriate areas. Maintains neat, clean, professional appearance as directed by clinic policy. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed by the doctors. Treats all others with respect; understands the impact of culture/background on the behavior of others; respects differences among the community and demonstrates inclusive behavior. Anticipates, listens to, understands and responds to patient needs. Delivers work products and services to patients in a way that reflects positively upon the clinic and the doctors.

**Training and/or Experience:**

A High School Diploma or equivalent with one (1) to two (2) years of secretarial experience is required. B.S. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with two (2) to three (3) years of secretarial support experience is desired.

Pay: $17.07 - $17.50 per hour
