The Team Leader will need to demonstrate reliability, initiative and professionalism as well as a caring, supportive and nurturing behavior. They must have the skills necessary to direct, supervise and manage the Resident Services and hands-on activities of Certified Nurse's Aides and Personal Care Providers as well as provide high quality resident care in accordance with established policies and have the skills necessary to manage the resident services and hands-on activities required by the residents and the nature of the facility.
