We are currently seeking a **Director of Nursing** for our amazing non-profit Assisted Living facility in **Everett, WA** . We are seeking someone who is a true leader - someone who can inspire those around them to do and be their best to help develop a cohesive team. QualificationsUnencumbered Washington RN license
3-5 Years of experience as a DON (will consider less experience for the right candidate!)
ResponsibilitiesExperience with survey's, specifically in Washington state (preferred)
Plan, organize, direct, and staff nursing resources.
Ensure staff have the resources and support they need to provide the best care for the needs of residents within Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care environments.
Assist with staff training
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
ScheduleMonday-Friday 8am-5pm
NO On-Call
Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.
Compensation And BenefitsSalary of up to $125k

Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
Performance Bonuses of up to 10% of base salary
