The Hospitals are part of the?NYC Health Hospitals System (NYCHHC). Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds.
The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity DetailsCurrently looking to hire a Director/PET/CT for Nuclear Medicine. We are a city hospital within a network in NYC. Medium size Radiology Department, but Nuclear Medicine functions mostly independent

• Daily clinical duties including diagnostic, general, and cardiac imaging and radiopeptide therapies
• Teaching of radiology residents
• Participate in modifying old and writing new protocols
• Outpatient clinic to counsel upcoming therapy patients and families on radiation safety
• Launch new imaging and therapeutic modalities
• No calls after hours or on weekends

Qualifications

• ABNM certification
• Nuclear Cardiology certification is desired
• CT interpretation certificates helpful
• NYS Medical License
