Saint Luke’s Physician Group is seeking a BC/BE infectious disease physician to join an established physician practice at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City.
About The Position
About Saint Luke’s Hospital Of Kansas CitySaint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City, a 600-bed regional tertiary hospital located on the beautiful Country Club Plaza, is one of the largest faith-based care hospitals in the region and has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the elite hospitals in the nation. Our network of more than 600 physicians represents more than 60 medical specialties. Saint Luke’s offers specialized clinical services such as a Level 1 Trauma Center, one of the nation’s top cardiology and heart surgery programs, subspecialty-based cancer care, and leading edge, comprehensive neurological treatment is provided at the nationally ranked Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute. Saint Luke’s Hospital is a primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine, which includes a physician residency program.

About The Position
- Physician practice with a large referral base that includes a combination of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
- Excellent 24/7 hospitalist and specialty support
- On-call responsibilities are shared among the team (currently 1:5) which provides a balanced lifestyle in addition to the support of Advanced Practice Providers
- Saint Luke's Physician Group is a physician-led organization with ample leadership opportunities
- Fully integrated Epic EMR
- Saint Luke’s Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience
