The Licensed Psychologist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients; participating in educational and/or research programs; performing other professional duties and implementing programs in the department.
Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Graduate of an accredited Doctoral degree curriculum in Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience providing psychological services to patients in a medical setting, including multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
- Ability to work autonomously; maintain documentation; and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency with medical psychotherapy, biofeedback and/or behavioral medicine.
- Outpatient mental health experience.
- Psychologist License.
- NJDOE School Psychologist Certification.
