Rite Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team to work with Pediatric and or Adult patients in their own homes on a One on One setting.
Experience with feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilators is a plus (Training is provided if needed).
Duties

• 1:1 care, 8 hours a day, at the comfort of the patient's home
• G-tube, Tracheostomy & Ventilator
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Compensation Information$28.0 / Hourly - $28.0 / Hourly
Starting At: 28.0 Hourly
Up To: 32.0 Hourly
