Job Title: Mammography Technologist I/II ? Sign-On Bonus: $2,500Clinic Location: Memorial VillagesDepartment: Radiology - AdministrationJob Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $70,267 - $96,363 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)QualificationsEducationRequired: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program.
Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
Preferred: Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
ExperienceRequired:
MAMMO TECH I-40 hours mammography training approved by the ARRT to meet the minimum initial FDA & TDH requirements for mammographers
MAMMO TEHC II-40 hours mammography training approved by the ARRT to meet the minimum initial FDA & TMB requirements for mammographers 2-years? experience in mammography or 1-year KSC experience in. X-ray and/or SCNB experience.
Preferred: Previous experience as a mammography technologist
Experience performing stereotactic guided breast biopsies
License(s)Required: ARRT (R)
MRT-General Certificate
BCLS certification
Preferred: ARRT (R)(M)
Special SkillsRequired: Ability to use computer keyboard
Working knowledge of mammography quality assurance measures and accreditation requirements
Preferred: RIS experience
OtherRequired: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Bilingual
Working Environment: Clinic
