- Types of Cases: Vaginal delivery, Operative vaginal delivery, Cesarean section, Tubal sterilization, Laparoscopic salpingectomy, Laparoscopic oophorectomy, Laparoscopic hysterectomy, Dilation and curettage, Hysteroscopy, Endometrial ablation, Operative hysteroscopy, Total abdominal hysterectomy
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Must have an active Pennsylvania license
