Meritus Surgical Services is seeking several PAs to support a busy level 3 trauma center with plans to become a level 2 in the next 2 years.
Work as a member of a team that includes trauma surgeons, PAs and NPs to care for trauma, emergency general surgery, critical care patients, and elective surgery.
Responsibilities will include multi-disciplinary care rounds, assisting with trauma resuscitations, performing trauma and surgical consults, trauma and inpatient procedures (chest tubes, lines, etc).
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to work well on a team are all a must.
Prior experience with trauma and procedures preferred but not required.
