Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Possesses the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Has a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers.
• An exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care and service based on a strong sense of patient focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred

• Experienced or certified in phlebotomy and checking EKG, vital signs and blood sugar preferred
• At least one (1) year PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred

Licenses And Certifications Required

• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program or has a Certified Nursing Assistant certification or is a current Nursing Student that has completed their fundamentals in nursing clinical rotation or has equivalent bedside nursing experience, such as home health aides, military hospital corpsman or medic or is an Emergency
