- ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS from AHA required.
- TNCC, CPN preferred.
- Candidates must have required certifications prior to submitting.
- Proof of flu vaccination or declination required.
- Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift.
- Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home.
- 1st reference needs to be from a specialty clinician is being submitted to (needs to cover 1 yr of employment within the last 3 years).
- 2nd reference needs to be from a supervisor (charge or higher).
- 1 year recent exp in specialty.
- EPIC experience, 3s/4s (no training provided).
- 12-hour shifts.
- No orientations for this position, candidates must be comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.
- Modules marked as CORE and SPECIFIC are required.
- Charting system: Epic.
- 3 MONTH separation: Previous candidates must be approved by ministry before moving forward.
- Providence will NOT be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits.
