As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), this organization delivers whole health care – integrated mental health and addiction services, Primary Care and housing, in addition to promoting hope and supporting the well-being of the Oregon communities it serves.

- Monday to Friday schedule, 32 patient hours/8 admin hours
- Outpatient care only
- Strong support team willing to mentor and train
- Diverse patient population, mostly 16 and older
- Onsite behavioral health support
