Program Administrative Operations Assistant Position SummaryThe Program Admin Ops Assistant is responsible for ensuring preauthorization and ongoing authorization from third party payers for all referrals to the outpatient services which include: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, PAD Rehabilitation, and diagnostic tests. Knowledge of proper diagnoses, coding and documentation is required. In addition to the insurance verification, the position is responsible for account receivables, billing, and attendance for the Adult Fitness Programs and in cooperation with the Director, completes departmental statistics a
