What You Need To Know About The PositionAs an RN you are assigned to units based on your prior experience in caring for patients of similar acuity and needs.
Our currents needs are - Med Surg Step Down Unit Night shift (7pm-7:30am) including
Caring for patients on this unit could include respiratory failure with BiPAP, sepsis management, severe electrolyte inbalances, post-surgery management of thoracotomies/VATS, wedge resections, vascular procedures and other surgeries.
Schedule RequirementsRequired to work at least 36 hours per week, scheduled in 12-hour shifts
Night shift (7pm-7:30am) and every other weekend
Required for at least a 6-week commitment, extensions may be available
Required to participate in weekend and holiday schedules
Our Staffing Reserve RNs are paid $60 per hour while also being eligible for Overtime, applicable shift differentials and Holiday/Sunday premium pay
You are an employee of CRH but not eligible for benefits
What Is Required For This PositionUpon hire, you must have:
Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Indiana License or a Multi-State Compact License as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Some RN units may require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
We are seeking at least 3 years of RN experience caring for similar patients.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
