- Cover Endo and CVOR
- Level 1 trauma exp required
- BLS, ACLS, ARRT & scrub, Covid
- AZ state license MRTBE CRT
- EMR: Cerner & Xper
- 6a-630p Mon-Fri, possible wknds
- 10-25 cases per day
