- Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred)
- Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process.
- Accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department.
- Experience in Home Health Nursing.
- Knowledge of Home Health compliance.
- Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention.
- Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program.
- Meet additional credentials for special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.
- Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
- At least 1 year of experience - Required
- Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
- ACLS preferred - please include in packet in addition to other certifications, if traveler has this requirement
