Requirements
Certifications REQUIRED: ACLS & BLS (AHA only, no Heart Code). OCN preferred.
Skills/Experience REQUIRED: Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias; Arterial Line Management; Blood Product Administration; Central line care/management; PICC line management; Emergency Medication; Titrate Cardiac Drips; Assist with management of BiPAP/CPAP; Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal; Care of Ventilated Patient; HFNC; Interpretation of ABGs; Suctioning (ETT, NT); Ventilator management; infection prevention; Isolation Precautions/Use of PPE; Phlebotomy
Skills/Experience preferred: IV Insulin Protocols; Accessing Ports; Starting IVs; CVA/Acute Stroke Management; ICP Monitoring; Chemotherapy Administration; Surgical wounds with drains/wound vac

- 2 Years’ Experience
- AHA BCLS
- AHA ACLS
- OCN preferred
- Stem cell experience a plus
- Patient Diagnoses : Stem Cell Transplant and Car-T patients (can result in neurological side effects or CRS symptoms).
- 15 rooms/beds
- Average daily census ~7
- Float required (Med/Surg)
- Pyxis med system, EPIC documentation, SBAR communication
