- 5N Oncology RN – Chemo Certified preferred
- 3x12 or 4x12s Nights 7p-7:30a, weekdays, every other weekend
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Possible extension: Yes
- Shift: Weekdays, every other weekend
- Blocked schedule: possible, but should be discussed at interview
- Experience required: 1.5-2 years
- Travel experience: Not required
- Scrubs provided: No, burgundy and/or white
- EMR: Cerner
- Certs required: BLS, NIHSS
- ONS chemo/bio cert (preferred)
- Ratios: 1:5-6
- Skills required: IV start
- 3x12 or 4x12s Nights 7p-7:30a
- Weekdays, every other weekend
- Blocked schedule: possible, but should be discussed at interview
- 5N Oncology RN – Chemo Certified preferred
- Experience required: 1.5-2 years
- Proof of I9 or Attestation
- Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation
- Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
- Traveler to review prior to start Mon Health - Non Disclosure of Confidential Information
- Traveler must complete prior to start Mon Health - Parking Pass
- Traveler must complete prior to start Mon Health - Background Drug Screen Consent Form
