Requirements
- IL License
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Must have bedside nursing, basic wound care, med administration
- Associates or Bachelors in Nursing
- BLS
- Rehab specific, IV experience preferred
- EHR: Meditech Expanse and UDS Pro Doc
- Number of Beds: 34
- Patient Ratios: 7:1
- Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Rehab Patients – Strokes, Amputations, TBI, SCI, MVA accidents, Ortho, Trauma, Debility, etc
- Equipment: IVs, Tube Feeding pumps, Hoyers, Wheelchairs/walkers
