EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy. 2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate. 4. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred. 5. Minimum 1 year experience 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F Patients: Inpatients and Outpatients Weekend: Per dept needs Holiday: Per dept Needs 25 Bed Critical Access Swing Beds 6 bed ICU unit Acuity Level: Level IV trauma ER COVID patients: Yes Dress Code: Scrubs, no specific color
