- Complete detailed clinical assessments following standard practices to prioritize patient and family needs. Adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
- Participate earnestly in initiatives aimed at improving quality and performance.

Qualifications
- Must have completed an Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Should have a minimum of (3) three years of RN experience in a related field.
- Registration as a licensed nurse is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
- Highly prefer Wound Vac experience
- Wound Care Certification
