Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. You will be solely responsible for managing and ensuring the timely review, recording, and issuing of payments to all our vendors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining healthy cash flow and financial stability for our company. You should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Review, reconcile & record bills from vendors ensuring accuracy
• Maintain positive relationships and pay all vendors in an organized and timely fashion
• Enter all banking and credit card expenses into their appropriate categories
• Reconcile all credit card and bank accounts in 2 separate company files
• Process expense reports from employees
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
