JOB DESCRIPTION
Nurses provide care for patients recovering from anesthesia-general, regional or local. Nurses monitor vital signs and treat patients according to their needs. Typically these nurses only monitor their patients for a few hours until they have reached a stat of responsiveness, then nurses will prepare them for discharge or transfer to another department in the hospital.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of current critical care experience and uphold the mandatory BCLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certification consists of PALS.
