Operational Excellence:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and retain patients, healthcare facilities, and referral sources.Analyze referral data to identify opportunities for re-engagement and conversion.Implement email marketing, targeting campaigns, and other marketing tactics to drive conversions.Oversee the redesign and development of the company website to enhance user experience, functionality, and aesthetics.Create and tailor marketing plans for different customer segments (e.g., patients, healthcare facilities, referral sources) and product categories.Develop compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and videos, to engage specific target audiences.Utilize customer personas and market research to refine marketing strategies.Generate creative marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and online advertising.Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and insights and adjust marketing strategies based on data.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Evaluate and recommend marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.Oversee and provide support to marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.Effective Leadership:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with two (2) plus years of management experience preferred.Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with three (3) plus years of management experience required.Proven experience in marketing management in the healthcare industry, a plus.
