JOB SUMMARY
This position manages the production supervisor team and Packroom to achieve production goals. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling production to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Will bring an overall understanding of how production intersects with key departments (customer service, human resources, payroll, and engineering).

Directly manages the production team and is responsible for selection, training, performance review, coaching, disciplinary action, and termination of employment.
