Health Talent Pro is Hiring a Contract Assistant - Contract Repository and Vendor Database Exp. Near Atlanta, GA

Summary

The Contracts Assistant will monitor and manage the contract repository and vendor database to improve efficiencies and accuracy of contract renewals. Responsibilities include managing contract uploads and profile creations to ensure organizational compliance.

This role will only accept someone with a corporate background. They must have mid-level to extensive knowledge of contracts. The ideal candidate has a project management background and an interest in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement. This role could become full-time and is one of the most impactful roles in my department due to many stakeholders relying on maintaining the contract repository.

I want to ensure someone doesn't get bored with having to review contracts day-to-day and would enjoy learning more about Procurement at the same time. This position is about compliance and customer focus.

Preferred Work Experience/ Education:

Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University or equivalent work experience Knowledge in contract management, procurement, and/or supply chain management Previous experience with Business Administration Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint Understanding of contract terminology and contracting best practices Familiarity with eSourcing and/or Contracting platforms
