We are looking for a Contract Administrator to support our Construction Projects team.
Contract Administrator – Construction Projects/FFE
This position will:
· Plan and coordinate acquisition of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) related to Fairview’s construction and renovation projects;
· Maintain a master list of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment standards in accordance with contracts/pricing and workflow documentation.
This position is responsible for:
· In collaboration with construction project managers and Supply Chain site operations, plan, document, and implement Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE):
· Identify on-contract standardized Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) related to Fairview’s, new, expansion and/or renovation construction projects.
· Create financial estimate reports based on FFE designated for construction projects.
· Develop a FFE list for each project utilizing Fairview furniture standards and contract pricing for new requests, to reflect construction project floor plans
· Review FFE list for re-usable and new items, equipment, and furniture with stakeholders
· Determine if new disposables are need for any new equipment
· Review requirements for items and equipment that need to be purchased outside of Fairview standards.
· Partner with Contract Specialists on new contract requests, including Equipment Service Agreements or obtaining contract pricing quotes for new items with no contract
· Insert revisions to master FFE products list as needed
· Obtain Quotes for FFE items and/or equipment.
· Review/Approve PeopleSoft requisitions prior to placement
· Communicate Equipment Lead Time to core project teams for placing orders
· Review equipment/ furniture needs with stakeholders
· Utilizing templates, provide financial FFE estimates for construction projects/budget approval
