The Medical Provider is an independent health care provider who, working in a collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, is responsible for providing medical services to the clients of the Agency. This role’s primary duties are assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals or families experiencing homelessness at both clinic and community-based sites.
