Our client seeks a Workday Lead/Sr. Reporting Analyst for a 3 month contract. This is a mostly remote role requiring onsite work one week per month.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading Reporting/Prism design and process alignment with a detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
- Profound knowledge of Workday Reporting/Prism processes and best practices.
- Experience in HCM or FINs functional areas.
- Proven ability to conduct Workday PPT-based reporting assessments and develop roadmaps focusing on system gaps such as security and data.
- Capability to implement at least one "quick win" reporting use case in Workday, which may include up to 10 reports or a LOW complexity prism use case depending on the need.
- Experience in deploying People Analytics, primarily focusing on configuration and testing rather than technical complexities.
