Medical Billing Specialist - Podiatry

Healthcare Management Advisors, located in the Greentree area has been providing medical billing and consulting to physicians, and private practices for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a Medical Biller that specialist in Podiatry billing to join our billing team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Posting charges and payments
• Processing denials and insurance appeals
• A/R follow up
• Handle incoming patient calls
• Patient collection calls
• Applicants for the position should have the following qualifications:
• Preferably have 3 plus years’ experience in medical billing
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Good communication and computer skills a must
• Experience with Podiatry billing software preferred (including Tebra)
