Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a full-time or part-time onsite Qualified Treatment Trainee (QTT) to provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients in Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Our client is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed to provide Outpatient and Behavioral Health services in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties in WI. They take an outside of the box and holistic approach to mental health care for youth and adults with a focus on play, connection, and growth.

There is a 10-acre farm in Whitelaw, WI 54247 (Manitowoc County) and a church in Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 for various types of therapy including animal therapy (K9 and Equine).

DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.
• Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.
• Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Complete documentation of services rendered.
• Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning via sharing of pertinent patient information.
• Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and participate in supervision requirements for the QTT program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in a behavioral/mental/ health or social science field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling) from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold in-training licensure (or be in process of obtaining) as Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or Advance Practice Social Work (APSW) in WI.
• Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, and crisis intervention.
• Must be able to pass a caregiver background check.
