Chiropractor Hilton Head, SCPotential ownershipWe are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Hilton Head, SC. We are looking for a dynamic, born leader, entrepreneurial Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a fantastic adjuster who can help lead our team, someone who enjoys educating the team and their patients, and has experience as a chiropractor- understanding what it takes to treat patients, financial management of care plans and, the functions of running an office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chiropractor who is interested in long term growth and ownership of a successful business!Who we are:With more than four decades of combined experience in the chiropractic industry, the doctors at our centers are dedicated to helping patients within the community. We take immense pride in providing an array of different pain relief and wellness services. Our services are targeted to build the most effective individualized treatment plans for every patient that we serve. Our services include, but are not limited to, chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, nutritional counseling, functional medicine services, and posture correction. We have a diverse team of medical professionals and support staff, that works hard to provide comprehensive high-quality care to our patients. We are a family chiropractic office and offer services to all ages from children through adulthood. Our reputation and patient base continue to grow, and we need to add another dynamic and motivated DC to our team.Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Lead/Manage and work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Training weekly with team
- Community engagement events
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in SC
- Full time
- Monday thru Thursday (8:30 am to 6:30 pm) and Friday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm)
- $80k to $120k (Base salary with bonuses)
- Bonus Compensation- Based on performance of the clinic
- PTO/Vacation 2 weeks
