Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is Hiring a Nurse Practitioner Annapolis, MD Near Annapolis, MD
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review diagnostic tests/labs
- Determine diagnosis and treatment plan formulation in team setting
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care to include prescribing exercise, nutritional supplementation and medication as part of functional medical programs
- Oversee and Administer IV and/or push therapies
- Procedures- perform trigger point and joint injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in MD
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- Monday-7:30-6, Tuesday- 11:30-1:30 and Wed, Thurs, Fri-7:30am-12:00pm
- $55-$65/hour (depending on experience)
